HERE ARE THE RULES FOR MY GIVEAWAYS!
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
**I will sometimes supply products for my own private giveaways on The Queen of Swag.com. I can not be responsible for items lost in the mail or not received. I know I will 100% send out the prizes for giveaways I hold personally approximately 1-2 days with a tracking number that I will supply the winner via email so that I can track the package to make sure it arrives at the location of delivery the winner/winners supply after I receive contact back from the winner/winners. If prize/prizes are lost in the mail or not received I am not responsible for lost items. I will track the package and report it to the USPS postal service but I CAN NOT supply a new prize.**
When I offer sponsored prize giveaways on my blog The Queen of Swag.com I will do so in trust that the sponsor will honor our arrangement and send the winner/winners their prize/prizes.
If for some reason you are a prize winner and you do not receive your prize in a reasonable amount of time (usually 3-4 weeks time) please contact me directly at thequeenofswag at gmail dot com. I will contact the sponsor to try and find out about the status of your prize. I will try to contact them up to three times after you tell me you did not receive their prize. I know it sucks not to get your prize, It’s happened to me, but just know that I will no longer work or represent that dishonest company on this blog after they commit that sort of action. Also PLEASE know I can’t afford to replace or make up for the sponsors lack of professionalism.
In the event that a sponsor does not reply to my e-mails or fails to send the prize I am not to be held responsible or liable in any way. Failure to produce a prize falls only on the sponsor. I cannot be held accountable for the actions of the sponsor.
Please note that sometimes prizes take a while to process and ship. Please allow for a reasonable amount of time to receive your prize. If you do not receive anything within 3 weeks please feel free to contact me. Prizes can take from 1-4 weeks to shipped out, depending on the prize and the company. Please do not wait months to contact me if a prize is not received. By then it could be too late and there is nothing I can do about it.
All rules of the giveaway must be followed or entries will be voided. I have the right to remove entries if I feel they are in violation of any rules of the giveaway or site (Twitter and Facebook rules included) or considered SPAM.
Occasionally a sponsor might have rules set up as to how many wins a single person can have each month. If a sponsor does not want to award multiple prizes to a single winner during a specific time frame I have no control over that and is an issue the winner must take up with the sponsor.
When using the Twitter “tweeting” option you are allowed a maximum of 4 tweets per day. All others will be disqualified.

All Giveaways are US ONLY unless specified at the time of giveaway and the Sponsor is opening the contest to international reader. ANY GIVEAWAYS WHERE The Queen of Swag PROVIDES THE GIVEWAY PRIZE WILL BE 100% USA ONLY.
All WINNERS have 24-48 hours to contact me back depending on giveaway after I the post the winner on twitter, this site, and or notify you by email. I will reach out to you no more than 3 times before you forfeit your prize and redraw a winner.
If a prize is forfeited and the winner does not want it, I WILL contact the sponsor to ask if I can do a new giveaway with the prize or if I am allowed to re-draw. If I am supplying the giveaway I will re-draw winner/winners.
ALL Winners are chosen by random.org. Winners will be displayed on the post giveaway in the Rafflecopter form itself or in a post under the menu tab entitled WINNERS.
