You do need to have a Verizon FiOS TV subscription (both TV and Internet subscriptions required) for this app to work with the live TV streaming. Live Streaming Channels or Remote Control requires use of FiOS router and HD Set Top Box. Subscription to premium movie channels is also required to access those channels.
