Hey All!

I’m sure you all remember playing the classic game Battleship! I know I screamed many of times “you sunk my battle ship” over the years as I loved playing this game when I was a kid. The fantastic game is back with a NEW movie based version since Battleship will be coming to life on the big screen this summer!

Players will now not only get to choose their battle ship they get to choose who will command the Alien Fleet!

On May 18, the epic action of the classic naval combat game will unfold in theaters nationwide with the release of Universal Pictures’ “Battleship,”starring Taylor Kitsch, Alexander Skarsgard, Brooklyn Decker, Liam Neeson and recording superstar, Rihanna. Of course, the live action doesn’t end with the film. Young naval commanders can go head-to-head with the Alien fleet in Hasbro’s Classic Battleship Movie Edition game.

The game is awesome and great if you have two kids who love to play board games. It’s also the perfect travel game as it comes in a carrying case, that you can see below, so you can play this game anywhere and not just at home!

This version of Battleship makes you the hero as you fight for the future of the planet. Will you command the Alien Fleet or defend the Human Navy? Scan the battlefield for locations to conceal your highly-detailed, movie-based ships.

Then, brace yourself for search-and-destroy battle intensity as you compete with the enemy to keep your ships afloat. Choose from three game variations for edge-of-your seat excitement!

The game includes 2 game units, 5 Navy ships, 5 Alien ships, 2 Decks of Special Ops cards, red & white pegs, and the rules and reference card. It’s a game you can’t play alone obviously and is for 2 players who are Ages 7 and up.

The NEW ships based on the movie Battleship are really cool additions to the game. It really doesn’t lose the classic Battleship feel with this new edition game. The game is still the game I loved as a kid and all the fun and competition is still there. I’m so glad I get the opportunity to share this game with my kids today. I love hearing “Hey No fair you sunk my battleship” being screamed around the house! It brings back so many good memories of playing with my cousins when I was a kid. The goal of the game is still the same for all you Classic Battleship lovers. You still have to sink the other players ships before they sink yours but this new version has a great twist with the new movie. It incorporates the new movie into the playing cards as well.

This New Battleship game will have your kids thinking and playing for Hours on end! It’s a lot of fun and your kids will love it!

Also to celebrate the new Battleship movie check out the amazing new KRE-O Battleship Combat Chopper Set!

Commanding your own fleet in the Battleship game isn’t the only way to recreate your favorite action scenes from the big screen! Once the chopper has been constructed, kids can push the lever to spin the rotor and launch missiles at incoming alien attacks like their favorite action heroes from the movie!
