I have had issues with Lactose intolerance my who life, but as I got older it has gotten better! When I was a baby I couldn’t drink any milk at all but as I got older I can now eat ice cream and yogurt with out any major issues but I try to limit myself to what kinds I can have. This would be a great healthy alternative to those who are very lactose intolerant!

Both my girls are lactose intolerant but love yogurt. They can only have it in small amounts so this new yogurt is amazing! I love that companies are now starting to think of people with this issue. Now my girls can enjoy one of thier favorite foods! Thanks Yoplait
